Paleo Chicken Pesto Pizza

I really like pizza, which is strange because I really dislike cheese. I know that may sound weird, but it’s true. I’ve always ordered my pizza without cheese, so when I though about how I would make a paleo version all I had to figure out was how to make the perfect crust!

I first thought about just using almond meal, but I wanted to make it a bit healthier so I chose to try a cauliflower/almond meal mixture. If you asked me I would say this is probably one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had, but I’ll let you be the judge of that! Also, I’ve listed the toppings I’ve used in the ingredients list, but any meat and veggies will do. Read More: How Long Does Lunch Meat Last?
