Hello and welcome to my blog! Obviously I’m new at this so I hope I keep you entertained enough to keep coming back. I’ve decided to start this site to share my paleo recipes and cooking experiments with you. I started eating paleo about 4 months ago with some teammates at my crossfit gym and absolutely loved it. Actually I take that back, it was a struggle at first, but once I started trying new recipes and experimenting with new ingredients it became easier and easier and I began to feel so much better! My training improved, I lost weight and gained energy. So here goes my first post, egg scramble with fruit salad. Nice and simple, but you’ll find I’m a lover of a good breakfast and hope you are too!
INGREDIENTS
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 onion
- 1/2 tomato
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 banana
- 10 strawberries
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 1/2 cup blueberries
INSTRUCTIONS
- Chop up onions and tomatoes and fry in a pan
- Add in spinach and eggs and scramble together
- Mix in avocado
- Serve with fruit salad on the side
